My name is Nicole and my passion in life is to help others. One of many ways I want to do this by helping you achieve optimal health and wellness by learning more about safe, natural methods. I am currently a full-time student studying Healthcare Science and enjoy freelance writing. I am researching, learning, and implementing more each day and am focusing my studies on some of the following topics, each which impact our overall health and wellness:

- Health benefits of using Essential Oils
Optimal, ideal health means good physical and mental health. If you have one without the other, your body is not functioning at full potential. For example, if you are not managing stress well, it is going to affect your physical health. Likewise, if you are battling chronic illness, it will affect your mental health. Awareness is key, and I am here to encourage you to keep a positive attitude and utilize the best methods available to maintain optimal physical and mental health!
Are you seeing an increase in the amount of cancer patients you know today, compared to twenty years ago? Do you hear of more people becoming terminally ill? What about these teenagers that are hitting puberty far earlier than we did in earlier years? (Slow down, right!?) What is the connection? Do you realize that these things are directly linked to the antibiotics, hormones, and chemicals being added to our foods and the products we use each day? Do you realize that the medications being prescribed hand over fist that can actually hinder our body’s natural immune system? I am here to help you learn about each of these topics and make wise decisions for yourself and your family.
These “sick” people I mention above are you and I. They are our children, sisters, brothers, mothers, fathers, and spouses. They do not necessarily partake in unhealthy habits such as smoking, alcohol or drug consumption, or even poor eating. I believe it is all a matter of one important factor — exposure!
It is time to get away from the toxins, the poison that we are being exposed to each day in foods, medications, beauty products, and in our environment. We must take control of our own health and wellness! At the end of the day, we are responsible for our own health. What are you waiting for?
